Key Responsibilities
- Engage prospective customers through calls, emails, and digital outreach (remote).
- Build and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities for P&C and Life/Health.
- Schedule and conduct follow-up to move leads through the sales process and meet acquisition goals.
- Provide consultative guidance by discussing coverage needs and recommending suitable options.
- Collaborate with the team to support consistent lead follow-up and outreach strategies.
- Track activity and report progress against established objectives.
- Maintain compliance with office procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
- Prior insurance sales experience (P&C and/or Life/Health preferred).
- Active Louisiana insurance licenses for both P&C and Life/Health, or ability to obtain/licensed as required.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable initiating contact and working directly with prospective customers.
- Experience in customer service, outreach, marketing, or sales preferred

This is a remote position.
Compensation $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
